Parish Contacts help the Lay Director, Spiritual Director, Secretariat and Fourth Day Coordinator to keep in contact with Cursillistas and parishes. They distribute Wake Up and other letters which are usually given out at Ultreyas. They have a pastoral concern for members in their parish and inform the Lay or Spiritual Director of areas of concern. They liaise about Ultreyas in their parish. They are vital to the health and well being of the Cursillo movement in the diocese.

Area Reps
The Area Reps work in pairs, each pair being responsible for one of the four areas in the diocese. The reps are given a detailed list of parishes and individuals for whom they are responsible. The function of the reps is to assist the Fourth Day Coordinator and the Lay Director in keeping in contact with all those who, after their weekend, wish to continue to be involved in the life of Cursillo.
Area reps should be in regular contact with Parish Contacts and isolated Cursillistas, informing the Lay Director and Fourth Day Coordinator of any special circumstances they become aware of. They should encourage attendance at group reunion and Ultreyas. They should make sure pilgrims are followed up after each weekend. They send out birthday cards from Cursillo (cards and stamps will be provided).
